Our 4-week paid cohort teaches the basics of community-centered work that encourages building collective power, all while you learn how to organize around an issue and show up for your people. You'll be in a cohort of about 50 to 60 other young people!

Duration
Meetings are twice a week and will run from June 16th through August 15th. Participants are required to attend one of two Paperwork sessions held the week of June 8th.
Location
The program is entirely virtual.
Compensation
Participants will be paid $21/hr for the sessions they attend.
Qualifications
Between 14 to 26 years old in Oregon
Have access to reliable wifi and a smart device (computer, tablet, phone) to access online meetings
Can commit to attending 7 out of 8 meetings
A passion for social change and racial justice
